  I have been a customer and an employee. What people must understand is that not all McDonald's franchises are the same. There are specials in some places that you won't find everywhere. This is why there are disclaimers in the commercials... "in participating locations"

  Ok so i was ordering my food here and it took about 15 minutes for someone to come take my order. I went to the drive through and the lady there was absolutely rude. As we were driving up to the next window she was cursing and yelling about how people were driving up trying to see what was wrong with the service. Service was horrible people were rude. Food was just as any McDonald's .

  This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is never cooked correctly. The fries are hard as a rock. The customer service suck. Even the managers have attitude about simple stuff that they messed up on. I definitely understand their job is tough but they show it as well. The night staff is even worst then the day staff with very few customers. They look dirty to the point to where i pulled up and seen what they look like then immediately asked for a refund. This will most def be my last time visiting them. I dont even think they deserve the one star i gave. I would speak to the manager but hell the one ive seen have the worst attitude then them all.

  Stay clear of Assistance Manger Crystal unless you want to be ACCUSED of being a CHILD MULESTER. Plus, a couple of gray hair guys don't want you hanging around with your wifi enabled devices.
  
  And, one more thing, it seems like THIS particular MCD has a thing for "Pet Flies".
  
  Also, the service slows down after midnight. Plus, the back door was opened.
